Breakfast 250g Oats in water, microwaved for 2 minutes, and a 40g Scoop of vanilla protein blend mixed in. 
I then pre cooked all of my food, Linda McCartney Sausages in the oven, 300g Quorn Mince fried with a pepper, a courgette, mushrooms, tomato sauce. I boiled 150g wholegrain rice also. 
For meal 2 I put some of the cooked mince and veg into 2 wraps, added a bit of mayo and some Grated cheese. 
Meals 3 and 4 were exactly the same, I split the rice into 2, and the remaining mince, veg and added 1 sausage to. 
Meal 5 pre bed was 250g quark mixed with a bit of water and vanilla protein blend mixed in 
Today was my rest day, and did my body ever need it. I was sore, especially my arms and Traps. I managed to watch all of The Sinner season 2 which was brilliant once again. I really enjoyed watching for the story, and having Bill Pullman in it made it extra special as he's such a good actor, who I've followed for years now. I hope they make a season 3.
