So for breakfast today I had bowl of Jordans Country Crisp Crunchy Nut. I'd guess at around 100g in coconut milk.
Next meal was 2 wraps I'd premade (see yesterday's blog)
For meal 3 was homemade Mexican, with rice, spice, quorn mince, lots of veggies, and in parcels too! Very nice
For desert was vegan and gluten free banana cake, which is my favourite cake!
My next meal was the last of my wraps which I ate as I travelled home
My last meal on the day was quark, vanilla protein blend with a bit of water mixed in.
