Monday 5th November 2018

For breakfast I had 200g oats in water, microwaved for 2 minutes, and 40g of vanilla protein blend added in. I also had 10g of L-glutamine

I then had 4 poached eggs in 2 pitta with a bit of ketchup to flavour

I ate a pear for a snack

My next 3 meals were the same, 120g pasta and broccoli in tomato sauce, 3 quorn Lincolnshire sausages, and 2 boiled eggs with some Grated cheese on top! Haha a little naughty but hey, it's winter right 😂

Rest day today, and much needed. My upper Pecs and Traps are ridiculously sore, hence the extra food. I'm so happy with my progress. I've trained in the gym for 24 years now. The first few I had no idea what I was doing, but kept studying and learning. Then my diet let me down, it was healthy and clean, but being a vegetarian my protien was so low, I really relyed on shakes but as I became more knowledgeable, I added in the extra protein. Another thing was as I was a fat teenager, I was afraid to eat to much in case I got fat again. At the moment I feel my diet is better than ever, I'm eating more, I'm lean and growing tissue. I've always been focused on my shape, as being symmetrical for posture benefits, but I feel even that has improved.

I had an apple for a snack, and finished the day with 250g quark with water, and vanilla protein blend mixed in
