Saturday 10th November 2018

Breakfast today was 200g of oats in water, microwaved for 2 minutes, and a scoop of vanilla protein blend mixed in. 
I had a coffee with soya milk
Today was my rest day, and much deserved as I'd Hammered my body this week, I'm sore, and need the recovery. In fact I'm taking the whole weekend off of the gym. Today I wanted a lazy day as I'd been so busy lately, and I also wanted to catch up on a few things, like updating the Web site, doing some research, and posting graphics to social media. 
Meal 2 was 4 poached eggs in 2 pitta bread, with a little ketchup for flavour 
I then ate the other half of the cheesecake! Oh wow it was good 
I'd bought a huge pizza too, so had that for meal number 3. I made a dip of mayo and ketchup to dip the crusts in 
Meal 4 was 40g couscous weighed dry, 2 quorn Lincolnshire sausages, 4 poached eggs and 225g of baked beans 
Meal 5 was my pre bed meal of arla high protein yogurt with 40g vanilla protein blend. 10g L-glutamine 
So overall a nice chilled out day, and I really needed it. I played some classic Gears of War Ultimate Edition on Xbox One which is awesome, and watched a bit of The Sinner on Netflix, which is a series and has started off very interesting. I also like to listen to Something to Wrestle with Bruce Prichard which I find really entertaining and funny too.
