Breakfast today was 200g of oats in water, microwaved for 2 minutes, and a scoop of vanilla protein blend mixed in.

I had a coffee with soya milk

Lots of meal prepping today as I'm off on my visits, and like to take lots of food with me, as I never know what I'll have access too when I'm out. So I got up at 6am to cook and get everything ready. Again another day off from the gym today, so I'll be strong and ready for tomorrow's workout

Meal 2 was 2 wraps I'd pre made, with a pepper, courgette, mushrooms, quorn mince, peri peri spice, and some mayo inside. And they tasted so good! The hard part is only eating 2 and saving the rest!

Meal 3 was home cooked, mash, Linda 2 McCartney Sausages, peas, onions, mushrooms, courgette, peppers and some spices and it was very nice

Meal 4 2 more wraps (see meal 2)

Meal 5 was pasta, 3 quorn Lincolnshire sausages, 2 boiled eggs in pesto

Meal 6 was my pre bed meal of 250g quark with 40g vanilla protein blend. 10g L-glutamine
