Today started with the usual breakfast of 200g oats in water, a 40g Scoop of vanilla protein blend added in, 10g L-glutamine, a multivitamin tablet and a vitamin b complex tablet.

For my next meal I was a bit naughty, as I had 2 spicy bean burgers, with melted cheese on and ketchup in 2 wholemeal baps! They tasted amazing, and a big calorie treat never goes a miss.

About 90 minutes after I had a delicious pear to snack on.

My next 2 meals were roughly the same. One had 2 quorn Lincolnshire sausages in, 3 eggs soft boiled, broccoli and wholegrain rice. I used a bit of ketchup too. The next had 3 Lincolnshire sausages, 2 boiled eggs, broccoli and wholegrain rice in.

I also snacked on a granny Smith apple, and pre bed was quark, protein blend, and 10g L-glutamine.

No gym today as I was a bit sore and felt I needed it. I also wanted to get in extra study so had a productive day.
